image Consultant Editor – Chloe Roberts
After graduating from Oxford University (BA Hons PPE), Chloe spent five years in India studying Tibetan Buddhism under great masters such as His Holiness the Dalai Lama and His Holiness Karmapa. She has been a student of the Karmapa ever since and recently organised his first trip to the UK in May 2017. Passionate about the power of the mind, Chloe believes that individuals and organisations can become much more focused, compassionate and dynamic by looking at the mind and its capabilities. It is this belief that drives her management style when developing and nurturing a team of over 50 staff across offices in LA, NYC and London in her role as Executive Vice President for a global entertainment company. Chloe’s understanding of the value of mindfulness, of maintaining a work-life balance, and of working smart, rather than hard or fast, not only infuses the day-to-day company working ethos but also ensures she can be a hands-on mother of two. Ever resourceful, while on maternity leave, Chloe invented ‘LapBaby’ – an innovative hands-free baby product now stocked worldwide.
